A geologist tells us about the birth of a new group of islands. During the presentation, the words gradually collapse and the thread of the speech fragments, like an archipelago. Each island is a piece of history. Crazy fragments of homosexual sex, words of love, songs about hate and eros and historical anecdotes about shipwrecks. The question that arises is: at what point does a body become an archipelago? And if a series of dots put together form a code, what is the code for reassembling something that is inevitably broken?
Starting from the concept of love, absence and geography, Archipelagos was born, a project that, in various stages, aims to build a sensory map through an archipelagos composed of the "islands" of each one.
To do so, we have collected material from our families: stories, objects, memories and materials from our love stories, questioning how our and our families' geographical movements have influenced or have been influenced by the love stories that were born over time, in those places, during those geographical movements.
